WHAT IS IT THAT YOU HAVE FOUND? (1)

• Many believers want the crown without the cross. But if you’re not willing to pay the price of discipleship, there is no point pretending to follow Jesus.

• The cost you refuse to pay now will one day outweigh your reasons for avoiding it (Luke 14:27-33).

• Every believer who has constant communication and fellowship with the Holy Spirit knows what God wants them to do. The problem is our unwillingness to yield. We often seek counsel not because we don’t know what to do, but to find validation for disobedience (John 16:13, James 4:17).

• What you value most reveals how you see Jesus. If a relationship, reputation, or possession is too precious to surrender, you’ve already evaluated Jesus as One whose worth is less.

• Every time God asks for something, it is to reveal what or who truly sits on the throne of your heart (Mark 10:21-22).

• The weight of value we place on the kingdom, and by extension, Christ Jesus, will determine how far we are willing to submit to the process of suffering.
